Seriously how long have they been in business and they still don't know how to file the paper work. They said they screwed up the paper work and it will be another few weeks. He did the test ride and all that, they took his money and the tittle to his old car, Then when he thought he was driving away in his new car, they sprung it on him that they didn't have the Tittle for the car and he would have to wait a week or two before he could have it. They sold my son a car that they didn't have the tittle for. Usually Business don't like bad reviews, but seeing all these bad reviews on yelp and they still haven't made any attempt at improving. As an added note - the dealership overall is is impressive - clean, contemporary, comfortable and inviting. This is my wife's retirement car and we thank Angel for making this such a pleasant experience. Working with Angel is a BIG reason we did buy a new 2022 Honda Pilot - which we are going to love.

The "negotiating" part of our purchase was professional and forthright. He was very well versed in all of the cars features and explained them very well.
